Let me tell you what...

I love charcoal masks! I've read about them often and was instantly intrigued. I have super sensitive skin so I'm weary of trying new things and typically stick to what I know works and is effective. The salesgirl at the store shared she has senstive skin as well and she couldn't speak high enough about this product. In short, very pleased and will be adding it to my self care, beauty routine. Only next time, I plan to go full on home spa with serene music, cucs on the ol'peepers, and will use the 15 minutes for a thorough bout of meditation. Boomshakalaka.

Self care reset

We all hear the buzzwords self care more than ever these days. Every where you turn, a lifestyle blogger, health guru, or magazine article shares insight on ways to treat yo self to some basic T. Reset on a Weekend

One of my favorite things in the world is laying in bed on a weekend night watching Netflix movies while my Hunter and my Ro nap next to me and I scroll Instagram home design and wellness accounts as well. This is particularly enjoyable after an extra long week, I might add. I feel calm and giddy alike throughout this downtime. I am able to relax and unwind, often taking mindfulness breaks and enjoying a komboocha or lemon water simultaneously. It couldn’t be any more basic. This recharge makes me naturally happy creating reflection and gratefulness for everything in my life. I’m a hard worker with determination and I like to reach goals and make new ones so I feel like I’m on more than I’m not.
